The PUREBRED entries for the SANA classes are now open. Partbreds will be opened June 15th.

Please take a moment to review the various updates to the Festivale pages. Posted information includes Kentucky Horse Park (KHP) regulations, general exhibitor info, site maps, entry forms, etc. These are in ".pdf" form, requiring Adobe Acrobat Reader to view (The reader is a free download).

EST reserves the right to limit entries, however they will do their best to accommodate everyone within the time constraints of the Festivale schedule. There will be no refunds once your entry is processed. There are NO POST ENTRIES, however substitutions will be allowed within the same class.
This round is just for horses in the competition. In June, separate forms will be provided for horses on just display or just in demos.

Please be aware that each horse must have its own entry form. You must complete the entire form, including signature and date. You must also execute and attach or mail a copy of the Festivale Participation Agreement.

Please use the class numbers listed on the SANA Class Lists posted on the web site. Please check the Online SANA definition of Sporthorse/pony Partbred to be sure your entry is eligible for the partbred SANA classes being offered.

Copies of registration papers are required for pure or partbreds. If the entry is not registered it must be eligible for registration (See SANA definitions) and you must indicate this by checking the appropriate line on the entry form.

PAYMENTS
Fees for classes are listed on the form. Please send separate payment, either by check or PayPal. This will eliminate holding up any other entries you have if one is not complete. EST can only process them separately if payments are made separately.

Entries will not be considered processed until all forms, information fields, required attachments and appropriate payments are received. Once processed, your horse will be assigned SANA exhibitor number. Exhibitor packets and numbers must be picked up at the Festivale on Thursday Sept 4th from the Show Secretary. Location TBA. If anyone has special needs for pickup, please contact Victoria Tollman, Event Coordinator.

EST has provided a PayPal option on the web site. to pay for entries Online by check or credit card. Please choose the SANA ENTRY button and individual amount total for EACH horse, i.e., if you are entering 5 horses, you will use this button five times. All checks must be in US dollars to be processed. Be SURE to email or mail the entry form. Your entry can not be processed until they are matched up.

DISCOUNTS
A 20% member discount is available for class entries to any individual member of the Equus Survival Trust. Individual membership is $30. Membership fees and applications can be submitted at the time of entry. Membership forms and payment can be made by mail, email, or Online. KHP REGULATIONS
A list of Kentucky Horse Park (KHP) regulations is posted on the EST web site. under the Festivale section labeled: Exhibitor Information. Each exhibitor is responsible for being familiar with these regulations. KHP requires a negative coggins within the last 12 months and a Health Certificate dated within 30 days for out-of-state horses or 120 days in-state. PARKING
KHP will assess a one time $5 parking fee and issue a weekend pass for all trailers

ADMISSION
Admission to the Festivale and the KHP grounds is free for all Exhibitors and volunteers listed with the Festivale/SANA Event Coordinator. The owners listed on all SANA entries will automatically be entered on this list. If you are bringing other volunteers or family members, please IN late JUNE contact Victoria Tollman (preferably by email) and provide the names and the breeds they are associated with. Anyone arriving at KHP that is NOT on this master list will be charged KHP normal admission fee.

STABLING
All Festivale and SANA entries will be stabled in Barns 5-7 adjacent the Outdoor and Indoor arena. Stalls are 10x10, permanent and made of wood with three solid sides. The front has a half solid wall with bars on the top half and a sliding stall door.

BEDDING, FEED, & MUCK DISPOSAL
Please see the KHP regulations for details on purchasing bedding and feed onsite and for the disposal of manure and bedding.

OTHER FESTIVALE ACTIVITIES
More information will be posted on demonstrations, the Breed Pavilion, dressage and driving clinics with Lendon and Muffy, the Silent Auction and commercial vendor and association vendor in June.

For those of you needing motel, EST has a block of rooms reserved at a special rate under the Festivale umbrella. Its an outstanding motel with the best rate around for the value. Bookings also help the Festivale sponsorships. Please consider using them and support our efforts. You MUST book your room before July 1st to get the rate.

In anticipation of the entry workload, please be aware that the EST field office will be closed to regular business May 23 - June 1st, and will be available on a limited basis during that initial time. Emails are best, phone calls need to be kept short. Now is the best time to ask questions, but please review the material closely to hopefully answers you need first as our volunteer staff is very small.
